Sponsor Approval Process

With your Share Sponsor Center online, you will direct your local supporting businesses to complete the online sponsor offer application. All offers are first screened by Fieldhouse and then posted to your administration menu for your approval. Nothing is posted on your site without your approval.

Sponsor Profiles and Offers

After your sponsors are approved they will receive a full-page online profile. They will be encouraged to create an offer containing a pledge to your organization for business received and/or a discount on their goods and services. Your supporters will be able to take advantage of these great offers (in e-coupon or e-mail form) found in the sponsor's online profile. And your sponsors will easily be able to manage their offers and make their pledge payment from their Sponsor Administration Menu.

Pricing

Your organization can set its own sponsorship prices. Fieldhouse charges a service fee for each online sponsorship accepted by your organization in which 100% is paid by your sponsors. Set your sponsorship price to any amount above the Fieldhouse base fee!

Fieldhouse will collect your sponsors' pledge payments, and distribute your check on a set schedule. Your organization will receive 100% of all pledge payments (less a credit card transaction fee when applicable).
