eAccount

Manage your transactions with parents through a turn-key password protected service call eAccount. Students and parents simply login to their account to pay one or all of the fees and other available items(both mandatory and optional). You can manage what is available for payment with the click of a button. And, parents don't have to send multiple checks to school.

How It Works

• Sign up for one of the four eAccount options (see pricing below for more information).
• Create accounts for your students-you send Fieldhouse a spreadsheet of student names and identification numbers that are used as their login and password.
• Decide what payments will be processed through eAccount (fees, tickets, AP tests - the list is endless) and put them online.
• Some items such as prom tickets may be restricted from purchase by you if the student owes the school money for other fees.
• Transaction fees may be passed on to the purchaser (optional).
• Tell parents about your new payment system and how eAccount is accessed.
  

Pricing

There are three eAccount signup options. As the annual fee increases, the processing and transaction fees decrease, which equates to a substantial savings for you.
